According to Charlotte Mecklenburg Police, bail bondsmen seeking to execute outstanding warrants started a shootout in southwest Charlotte that left two persons injured and one other with minor injuries.

One bondsman and the suspect the bondsmen were trying to reach are among the two injured; their identities have not been made public, according to a press release from the CMPD.
