The Diablo IV development team has been paying close attention to all of your comments. The list below will be kept up-to-date when new updates are released to improve your Sanctuary experience on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, or all platforms.
Diablo 4 Patch Notes
Bonuses for Extra Efforts
The improved Nightmare Dungeon XP is one of the most exciting new features in this version. In keeping with what was promised during the live stream, Blizzard has “significantly increased” the experience obtained from completing Nightmare Dungeons and from slaying monsters within them.
Furthermore, opening Helltide chests now grants “substantially more” additional experience. The experience gained from finishing individual Whispers has also been increased.
Since Diablo 4’s release, the speed at which players gain experience has been a major source of debate. Some players have complained that gaining experience is boring. This encourages players to take on tougher challenges by raising the experience benefits for doing so.
Superior Quality Loot
Blizzard has stated before that they intend to expand the amount of end-game content that consists of monsters and elites. Although it wasn’t included in this revision, the aforementioned alterations will be made before the end of Season 1.
Bosses in Helltide Roaming should now reliably drop epic items. In addition, there is no longer a minimum level requirement to access the weekly bonus caches dropped by world bosses. As a small convenience, the location of the Nightmare Dungeon has been updated so that players can teleport there straight from the world map.
Tuning and Buffing of Classes
It is Blizzard’s intention to make all Class builds competitive. It’s crucial that they’re not just effective, but also enjoyable to use in games. There will always be tiers that rank the various builds, but all of them should be playable to some extent.

In this patch, Blizzard addressed the common complaint that “Basic Skills aren’t impactful enough in combat.”
These adjustments are intended to improve the leveling experience without altering the core link between Basic and Core Skills while we look at other methods to bolster them. We’re also buffing the strength of a few Skills that many players feel are underpowered compared to those of their peers.
In light of this, Diablo 4’s improvements to all classes are particularly noteworthy. Each class should feel powerful at the outset of the game, if not equally so.
