She started dating actor Tom Green in 1999. They started dating in 2000 and tied the knot in 2001. In that same year, Green filed for divorce, and in 2002, it was finalized.
After that, she started dating Fabrizio Moretti, the drummer for The Strokes, in 2002. In January 2007, they broke up after a year of dating. From about the middle of 2007 until roughly the middle of 2008, she dated Justin Long. The two of them got back together in 2009, only to part ways again the following year.
She started dating art consultant Will Kopelman at the beginning of 2011. They got engaged in January 2012 and tied the knot in June. The divorce was formalized in 2016.

Is Drew Barrymore Now Seeing Anybody Else?
The mom of two revealed to her guest Ross Matthews on The Drew Barrymore Show that she had sent a token of her affection to a special someone recently, however, she did not specify who it was for.
She said: “I recently made a gesture. I sent a little care package to someone. For reals, I did it.
“I don’t know what will happen and I have to tell you I sent it without any expectation. I was just so proud to brush off the icicles and even just think about something cute to do. That’s part of a romance.”
She continued: “Everybody wants a response from their gesture and I think that’s the wrong intention.
“I was just happy to do something and have the intrigue enough to do so.”
The actress has been open about her use of dating apps like Raya in the past.
She said it was like a car wreck and that she had not discovered anyone yet.
“I got stood up, and I didn’t match with anyone, and my friends gave me this bloated sense of false confidence. They were like, ‘You should try it. You will do great!'” she told Andy Cohen on his show, Watch What Happens Live.
In addition, she said she enjoyed her time on the app despite her lack of interest in blind dating.
“I definitely had fun with it,” she said.
“I’ve always wanted to go on a blind date, but my life got in the way of that. So I thought online dating might satiate that desire, and … um … yeah, no. It was a real wake-up call.”
