When Hoda Kotb Began Her Career
Hoda Kotb began working as a news assistant for CBS News back in 1986 when she first entered the field. At WQAD-TV, she anchored newscasts and reported on a variety of topics. Afterward, she worked for WXVT-TV for a period before becoming the weekend anchor and reporter at WINK-TV in Fort Myers, Florida.
