Jason grew up with ten-pin bowling balls lying around the house and rolled his first ball as a child, so it’s safe to say that the bowling community has its own fans. In 1981, ten-pin bowling was included as a medal event in the World Games. In 2006, Belmonte turned pro as a tenpin bowler in Australia.
Since then, Jason has been a veteran in the sport of tenpin bowling and the recipient of numerous awards. Kindheartedly, he gave $240,000 to WIRES Australian Wildfire Rescue and the Australian Red Cross, and after both Bill O’Neill and Jason won the PBA championships, they donated their winnings to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the United States of America.
