Jennifer Lopez Lists Bel Air Mansion for $42.5 Million
Jennifer paid $28 million in 2016 for a mansion with seven bedrooms and eight acres in the posh Bel Air area of Los Angeles. Actress Sela Ward was the vendor. In January of 2023, Jennifer put the home up for sale for $42.5 million. See the video tour below:
Los Angels:
In the year 2000, J.Lo purchased a mansion in the hills above Los Angeles. Lopez spent $4.3 million on the mansion, which has 11 bedrooms and a view of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. The main residence is 15,000 square feet in size. In 2004, Lopez listed the property for sale and eventually sold it to Sam Nazarian, the owner of a nightclub, for $11 million.

Jennifer and A-Rod paid $6.6 million in 2019 for Jeremy Piven’s Malibu mansion. They hired Joanna Gaines to help them completely redo the inside of the house. They got $6.8 million for the property just under two years later.

Jennifer Lopez purchased a house in Miami Beach in 2002 for an undisclosed sum. The Spanish-style property is situated on just over 1.2 acres of ground with 184 feet of sea frontage, manicured gardens, and palm trees with seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. This mansion was worth $13.9 million when she sold it in 2005. After extensive renovations, Phil Collins purchased the property in 2015 for $33 million.
