Mark Wahlberg’s Beverly Hills Mansion Sold for $12.4 Million and Beverly Park Mansion for $55 Million
Mark purchased a Beverly Hills mansion for $4.95 million in 2001. In 2015, he put the house up for sale for $30 million. Seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms are split throughout the main house and an adjacent guesthouse at this 9000-square-foot residence. Almost two acres of land are dedicated to this property, which features a golf course, spa, basketball court, and a personal fitness center in addition to a swimming pool with a waterfall. As of its sale in April of this year, Wahlberg made $12.4 million.
Mark has lived in a gorgeous Beverly Park mansion within the exclusive Beverly Park enclave for the better part of a decade. In May 2009, Wahlberg and his wife spent $8.25 million to purchase one of the final undeveloped properties in Beverly Park.
On more than six acres, his main mansion is 30,000 square feet and was designed by the renowned architect Richard Landry. The price tag for building it was probably more than $20 million. In April 2022, Mark put the home on the market for $87.5 million. Mark removed the listing from the MLS in November 2022 because there had been no interest from purchasers for several months. A month later, he put the mansion back on the market for $79.5 million.
The Beverly Park mansion was sold in February 2023 for $55 million. They avoided paying over $3.5 million in taxes on the sale of their mansion by moving to Nevada from California.
Mark and his wife shelled out $15.6 million for two properties in August 2022.
