Ryan Seacrest is leaving his co-hosting role with Kelly Ripa on ABC’s “Live With Kelly and Ryan” after six years.

American radio and TV host, producer, and businessman Ryan Seacrest is worth an estimated $450 million. Ryan’s annual earnings from his various businesses and ventures are between $60 and $80 million. Seacrest’s meteoric rise to prominence may be directly attributed to his role as presenter of “American Idol.”
Today, he is the host of “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” on KIIS-FM in the mornings and “American Top 40,” a syndicated countdown show. In May 2017, he joined the cast of “Live with Kelly and Ryan” as a co-host. Why Is Ryan Seacrest So Rich?

In addition to his skincare line, Ryan Seacrest Distinction, Seacrest also has a men’s clothing collection available at certain Macy’s stores. He also represents an organic olive oil company and the tequila line Casa Dragones.

Ryan Seacrest’s Real Estate
Ellen DeGeneres paid $29 million for the Beverly Hills mansion that “Will & Grace” creator Max Mutchnick sold to her in 2007. Reports claim that Ellen told Max she wanted to buy the house after walking through it one day. Max proposed a price twice as high as what he had originally paid, and Ellen agreed.
For $36.5 million, Ellen parted ways with her home in 2011. A year later, he spent $2 million on the neighboring property.
There are currently nine bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a pool, two linked guest homes, a detached three-bedroom house, and verdant gardens throughout the 9,200 square-foot mansion that lies on 2.87 acres.
Curiously, when Ryan took over as owner, Max Mutchnick contacted him to express his remorse at never getting around to finishing the renovations and design he had planned all those years ago. So, Ryan enlisted Max’s help to finish the refurbishment.
This home was listed for $85 million by Ryan in the month of November 2020. In November of 2022, he was able to sell it for $51 million to a satisfied buyer.
As of 2017, Ryan Seacrest was rumored to be paying $75,000 per month to rent a mansion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The 11,000-square-foot home spans six floors.
Ryan also has residences in New York City, Italy, and Napa, California.
