Sylvester Stallone’s Real Estate Ventures
In 1999, Sylvester made a $16 million profit on the sale of his Coconut Grove, Florida mansion.
Sylvester has made his lavish estate in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood at the top of Beverly Hills his primary abode for the past several decades. He has a 20,000-square-foot house on his 3.5-acre lot. Eddie Murphy, Mark Wahlberg, and Denzel Washington are all in close proximity.
Prices for comparable properties have ranged recently between $40 million and $70 million. Sylvester reportedly put this mansion on the market in January 2021 for a whopping $130 million. As of August of that year (2021), he dropped the price to $85 million.
Sylvester took a 58 million dollar offer in December of 2021. Adele was the buyer, and the price paid was a record for the Beverly Park neighborhood.
Sylvester and his wife Jennifer Flavin purchased a $4.5 million La Quinta, California, mansion in January 2010. Beginning in 2014, they made multiple attempts to sell this home. They lowered the price to $3.625, 000 in 2016, but still could not sell it. They got $3.1 million for the sale of the house in May of 2020.

Sylvester spent $18.2 million on a 2.26-acre mansion in Hidden Hills, California, in February of 2022. In August 2022, it was discovered that Sly’s house was wasting an inhumane amount of water, and the news made national headlines. In May and June of 2022, the property used an extra 195,000 and 230,000 gallons of water, respectively, than what was allotted for those months.
The Stallones argued that their property’s 500 or so mature trees posed an enormous fire risk if they were allowed to dry out. The local water department threatened to install a water restriction on the Stallones’ property if they went over their allotment by 150% for four consecutive months.
