On September 24, 2022, during Netflix’s TUDUM event, the first trailer was made available to the public. The film opens with a scene in an elevator involving Boyega, Teyonah Parris, and Jamie Foxx. Parris and Foxx’s characters had a funny moment when they start singing Mary J. Blige’s “I’m Goin’ Down” despite the fact that they are both brandishing firearms.
After this, we see the trio break into a lab, but this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the massive conspiracy threatening a Black community through experiments, kidnappings, and surveillance. While the film’s central mystery is bound to be intriguing, the chemistry between the three leads should provide plenty of comedic relief. Next you see the plot of They Cloned Tyrone.
