Vanessa Hudgens’ Property Portfolio: From Studio City to Los Feliz
Vanessa has acquired and disposed of a lot of magnificent properties over the years. She spent $2.75 million in 2008 on a Studio City, California, mansion with five kitchens, six bedrooms, and six and a half bathrooms. This spacious three-story residence also features an office, dining room, and wine cellar in addition to a huge living room with French doors leading out to a terrace.
Three fireplaces, wrought iron trimming, stone details, and hardwood floors set the mood. In addition to the beautiful views of the San Fernando Valley, the house also has a large lawn with a pool. She first asked $3.85 million to sell the house in February 2019 but settled for $3.15 million in April.
Property in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, cost her $4.9 million in 2018. Actor Gary Oldman acted as the vendor. Vanessa sold the house to Ronan Farrow and his companion Jon Lovett in March of 2022. They forked up $6.7 million to Hudgens.
