A. Robert “Rob” is Famous for his role in the reality show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ Arthur Kardashian is a well-known American TV celebrity. It’s one of the most-watched reality shows on American television since it stars his mother and sisters (Kourtney, Khloe, and Kim) as well as his half-sisters (Kylie and Kendall).
Rob had a tough time breaking in before the series premiered. However, because of the show’s popularity, people began to recognize him. The show also helped boost the Kardashian sisters to fame. Rob never applied to law school after high school because he changed his mind and now wants to be a TV personality and businessman instead.
Rob has also had guest appearances on various television programs, such as ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” on which he finished in second place. He owns the business that bears his name—Arthur George—as well as other enterprises.
What Happened To Rob Kardashian?
Rob’s mental health battle likely began well before his high-profile breakup from Blac Chyna in 2016, when his public appearances and involvement on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and his other reality TV spin-offs began to decline.
Rob was transparent about his struggles with mental health after his father’s passing.
Rob has expressed his anguish at his father’s 2003 death on the show and in interviews.
Kris Jenner stated her son was still processing his loss when they discussed it on a panel at the Nazarian Institute’s ThinkBIG 2020 Conference with Dr. Sheila Nazarian in 2020.
“I don’t think he’s still gotten over it,” Jenner said.
“You don’t just get over something like that,” she explained. “You think you move on and heal and obviously life goes on, but it still is something that is really difficult to do.
Why Isn’t Rob on ‘The Kardashians’?
Rob has avoided public scrutiny in recent years due to his personal life’s ups and downs. He avoids reality TV cameras, red carpets, social media, and other public appearances, but he did make a brief appearance at a dinner party in a May 2022 episode of The Kardashians.
Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian Sr.’s lone son was embroiled in a lengthy legal fight with his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna, with whom he shares the custody of their daughter Dream.
The model filed a lawsuit against the famous family in 2016, accusing them of slander, abuse, and the cancellation of Rob and Chyna’s E! reality show. Rob has been accused by her of physical assault, which he strongly denies.
Chyna, whose given name is Angela White, filed a lawsuit against Rob and his famous family, alleging that Kris, Kim, Khloé, and Kylie Jenner are to blame for the cancellation of their show and seeking damages of $100 million.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan claimed Chyna attacked Rob with physical force and pointed to her OnlyFans account as evidence that she has other, more stable sources of money.
A 12-person jury in a trial held in May 2022 found that the Kardashian-Jenners were not liable for Chyna’s claimed $100 million in lost revenue and future profits.
Will Rob be on Season 3 of ‘The Kardashians’?
The future of Rob’s cameo appearances on The Kardashians is murky, but it’s safe to assume he won’t be a regular cast member this season.
After the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians aired in 2021, Khloé addressed the issue of her brother’s absence at the reunion. Rob was a regular in the first few seasons of the show but has not been seen in more recent episodes.
The Good American creator back then said that her only sibling was “feeling really good about himself” and didn’t feel the need to publicly “address the parts that made him want to take a break” from their show.
“It’s not so much about physical appearance … I think he’s just getting stronger,” Khloé added at the time. “I think you have to get heartbroken and learn from your mistakes, and I think he’s just stronger and feeling better to be around and be more vulnerable or exposed.”
