The cast of Jackass does dangerous stunts, but that’s not how most of the show’s characters died. Several people who were on the MTV show and movies or who worked with them died.
Six movies have been made so far, in addition to the original series. Over the years, they’ve shown stunts with more than 100 regular cast members and guest stars, like Brad Pitt, who is a huge fan. A few of the guest stars also died.
Who Died in Jackass?
Ryan Dunn’s obituary is the most important one from the MTV franchise. He was in the original cast of the TV show. Ryan was also well-known as a stuntman and actor.
Before he died, Ryan Dunn was also in the first three Jackass movies. He was Bam Margera’s best friend for a long time. He was also a member of the skateboarding crew CKY (Camp Kill Yourself).
Ryan had his own show, Homewrecker, and acted in 14 short films, TV shows, and full-length movies. Ryan Dunn’s friend who went out with him the night he died and told him what happened.
Thaddeus Kalinoski was with Ryan at Westchester, Pennsylvania’s Barnaby’s Bar. He said that Ryan was drinking beer and whisky shots. Ryan Dunn has had more than 20 traffic violations, including a DUI, over the course of his life.
Ryan Dunn and Zachary Hartwell From Jackass Both Died
Zachary Hartwell had just gotten married and had served in Iraq. Ryan’s girlfriend was even a bridesmaid at their wedding. He married Rachel Peazzoni Hartwell.
Zachary worked on the crew for the second Jackass film. He was out with Ryan Dunn to celebrate a new documentary project that they had planned together. But the ride home was his last.
West Goshen Township police said that Ryan Dunn‘s car was going between 130 and 140 mph when it hit the guard rail, crashed into the woods, and caught on fire. The report said that both men were thought to have died on impact.
Ryan’s blood alcohol level was.196%, which is more than twice the legal limit in PA. However, the police said they found “no drugs” in his body. They died in that car accident on June 20, 2011.
Michael Carroll, the chief of police in the area, said it was the “worst” car accident he had ever seen. “I’ve never seen a car wrecked like this in a car accident,” he said.
Ryan’s best friend, Bam Margera, said he got “the worst phone call of my life” when he heard about the crash. “The sadness is overwhelming,” Jackass star Johnny Knoxville said, calling him a brother.
At first, Zac’s dad said that they wouldn’t sue because Zac did the same thing Ryan did. But Hartwell’s family and wife sued Dunn’s estate for wrongful death the next year.
And they sued the bar, saying that they had given them too much. On November 8, 2011, MTV paid Ryan Dunn a one-hour tribute. When Dunn died, he was 34 years old, and Hartwell was 30.

How did Ryan Dunn live?

Personal Life and Girlfriend of Ryan Dunn
In his personal life, he was dating a woman named Angie Cuturic. In 2002, they started dating, but they broke up after she died. Also, he died on June 20, 2011, around 3:30 a.m., while driving Dunn’s Porsche 911 GT3 back from Barnaby’s West Chester. Then, his car went off the road and hit a tree. Both Dunn and Zachary Hartwell, who was with him at the time, died.
Before he died in 2006, he hurt his shoulder while filming the last scenes for Jackass Number Two. As they pulled him off the horse he was riding with Bam tied to his feet, he fell and hurt his already hurt shoulder even more. During treatment, he was told he had Lyme disease, which at that point also became dangerous to his life. The event made him sad, and for nearly two years he stopped talking to his friends and coworkers.
